Ultrasonic booster
Ultrasonic booster is an important part of the ultrasonic vibration system. Its main function in the vibration system is to enlarge the displacement or velocity of the particle of the mechanical vibration, and to concentrate the ultrasonic energy on the smaller area, that is, massing energy, the ultrasonic transmission pole or the ultrasonic concentrator.
Ultrasonic amplitude horn (ultrasonic amplitude transformer), as the name suggests, is a functional component that fits the ultrasonic transducer to change the amplitude of ultrasonic vibration. Its main function is to change the amplitude of the transducer (generally increasing), improve the ratio of vibration and speed, improve the efficiency, improve the mechanical quality factor, strengthen the heat resistance, expand the range of temperature and prolong the service life of the transducer. The ultrasonic transducer adjusts the load matching between the transducer and the ultrasonic tool head through the installation of the horn (ultrasonic amplitude transformer), reduces the resonant impedance, and improves the electroacoustic conversion efficiency when operating at the resonant frequency, effectively reduces the calorific value of the ultrasonic transducer and improves the service life.
