ultrasonic piezo transducer
Ultrasonic transducers are used in a wide range. According to the industries in which they are applied, divided into industrial, agricultural, transportation, living, medical, and military applications,etc.According to the realization of the function is divided into ultrasonic processing, ultrasonic cleaning, ultrasonic detection, detection, monitoring, telemetry, remote control, etc.; according to the work environment is divided into liquids, gases, organisms, etc.; by nature is divided into power ultrasound, ultrasonic testing, ultrasound imaging, etc.
Low frequency (17~23KHz): If the dirt to be cleaned is heavy or difficult to be cleaned, and the blast impact on the surface of the cleaned object is little, the low frequency series transducer should be selected. Commonly used industries include: magnetic industry, auto industry, textile industry, etc. Note that this series has a lot of noise and it is best to do noise treatment.
Medium frequency (25~28KHz): the cleaning of the dirt is slightly heavy or easy to clean, and when the blast impact on the surface of the cleaned material is minor, the medium frequency series transducer should be selected. This series of industries is the most widely used, common are: mechanical processing industry, electroplating industry, catering industry and so on.
Medium-high frequency (33 ~ 60KHz): When the dirt to be cleaned is lighter, easy to clean, or the impact of the explosion on the surface of the object to be cleaned is required, the medium-high frequency transducer should be selected. Commonly used industries are: precision parts, glass glasses, electronic components, circuit boards, etc;
High Frequency (68-200KHz): The dirt to be cleaned is very light, easy to clean, and the high frequency transducer should be selected when it is required that notany damage to the surface of the object to be cleaned is caused by explosion shock. Commonly used industries are: semiconductors, special high-precision parts and so on.
