During operation, it can stably track the changes of the transducer parameters and exert the maximum efficiency of the plastic welder transducer. Adopt imported high-power tubes, resistance to high-current impact, increasing the stability of the ultrasonic generator work. Before the plastic welder generator is commissioned, make sure that the frequency of the transducer is the same as the frequency of the plastic welder generator. Such as if the frequency of the transducer is 20KHz ± 200Hz, the frequency of the plastic welder generator is also 20KHz ± 200Hz. If the frequency is different, it is easy to damage the ultrasonic generator. (the generator and transducer complete sets of machines of our company are well adjusted before they are released from factory, and the transducer cannot be replaced.) If it is a separate generator, the customer must confirm the frequency of the horn.
