The network physical layer adopts RS485 communication interface and the protocol layer adopts MODBUS protocol. This facilitates the networking and informationization requirements of ultrasonic cleaning systems.
This system is mainly composed of three parts:
The first part: The controller (divided into the main controller and the sub-controller) can use the current industry commonly used PC (computer), PLC (programmable controller), HMI (human machine interface) to form.
The second part: the network I/O module is an input output control network terminal specially developed by our company to match the system, which can be easily networked with various controllers. Can control and sample a variety of external devices, such as motors, heaters, solenoid valves, temperature sensors and other equipment.
The third part: The ultrasonic generator is a network terminal, which can execute various cleaning commands according to the requirements of the controller, and at the same time, feed back the implementation status of the controller and the current state of the power supply. Achieved remote management and monitoring of ultrasound.

5. The control parameters are rich: ordinary ultrasonic power network control can only control the switching parameters of ultrasonic. This network system can control all power parameters, including switch, power size, frequency, time and so on. At the same time, it can monitor the state of each power supply and find that the problem can be checked in time. It is a real network plan.
6.Remote control: the control distance of RS485 is 1000 meters, that is to say, the position of the controller installation can be 1000 meters out of the actual power supply, with the monitoring function, which can keep the personnel away from the noise pollution caused by the high power ultrasonic. At the same time, it is also suitable for cleaning some occasions that are harmful to human body or people can not enter. It is also very suitable for the centralized management needs of large factories and mines.
